Mugnano is a small Umbrian town of Perugia Municipality, with about 1000 inhabitants.
And 'one country on a human scale, located in an area of ​​natural beauty where past, present and future projections are in harmony with no fractures.
The ancient Old Town of Mugnano, known as the "village", with its old architectural structure, its narrow streets, squares, ancient well of the "pump" the arc of Fratente is still inhabited by a meticulous restructuring which covered the houses, the lighting and paving.
This restructuring, which has saved the village from degradation, began in 1983 coinciding with the idea "painted walls" of the painter Benito Biselli part of the events organized by Pro Loco, who planned to integrate the old with the walls' modern art, were invited Italian and foreign artists to perform their works on any subject on the facades of houses.
