PEACE'S MARCH PERUGIA-ASSISI is on 7 October

Every years, in the 8 October ( the Saint Francisc's die) there is THE PEACE'S MARCH Perugia-Assisi. If you remember the post on Saint Francis of Assisi I wrote that the Saint choose to exchange his life in Perugia , when he were in prison, after the battle in the war Perugia-Assisi. That march exists from many years to remember a man that builds his Franciscan order based on respect of life, peace and nature. This year the PEACE's MARCH will starts from Perugia , in the center of town at 8 o'clock a.m. of 7 OCTOBER (only for this year) . This year the PEACE'S MARCH will be to remember . Anna Politkovskaja a russian journalist killed to stopped her to write versus the Russian Govern, and to remember the right to have free media, all mass-media.The march is long 20 Km. and partecipantes comes from many political colors , from many countries and from many social under.
